Outstanding customer service! Being in Vancouver, I spoke to Abbey over the phone in regards to a tent that was only in stock at the Courtenay store. Not only did she answer all my questions in a very friendly, informative manner (same questions they must get asked everyday), but she went above and beyond in making sure my tent would be shipped ASAP. I had a similar experience with Jodie from the VPO online customer service team as well. Here I am less than 24hrs later and my package has arrived. Thanks a lot crew! You have made a new loyal customer!

Wonderful customer service from this store! I had a product paid for pickup, but when my plans changed and I would no longer be passing through Courtenay they were quick to refund me without complaints and were very responsive in communication. Ended up making a purchase from the Vancouver location and am very pleased with my new sleeping bag!
