I've been working out at home for a couple of years but was starting to lack the motivation to do it alone. Decided to try out FBBC and it was just the jump start that I needed. I love the variety of the workouts and that each day is different. The energy of the group is amazing and all the trainers are all awesome. It's helpful to have someone correcting your form as well. Ash (owner) is awesome and always checking in to help you reach your fitness goals. Highly recommend you try out this place, you won't regret it!!

I'm so glad I was able to return to Country Hills Fit Body Boot Camp after taking 6 months off due to an injury (not while attending the gym). The trainers have all been amazing making sure I do not re-injur myself and modifying any exercise as needed. The atmosphere is positive and full of great energy! Everyone is supportive and has fun!! Boosts my mood every time I go!!
I cant say enough good things about this location! Staff are amazing, gym is very clean and the workouts vary so you will never be bored. I just finished their 8 week bootcamp and had great results....am excited to keep going! Thank you to Ash and her wonderful staff
If motivation, flexibility, and a personal approach is what you’re looking for in a boot camp, then Country Hills Boot Camp is for you! The Trainers are a team of strong motivators who keep it real and down to earth while pushing your limits. The Team gave me the motivation to push myself to my limits and the boot camps really challenged me. I’m losing the weight slowly, but more importantly than that I've gained a huge amount of fitness and changed my way of thinking when it comes to nutrition. I can see improvements that remind me that I'm making progress and keeps me motivated even when I’m not losing weight. I’m stronger. I can do push-ups and bur-pees (exercises I had no idea existed). I can run faster. I can squat lower. I can do a plank for longer. Country hills Boot Camp is fantastic and I would recommend them to anyone. They are an excellent team always supportive. I feel fitter and healthier than ever and I don’t intend to quit any time soon. I highly recommend Country Hills Boot Camp.
I came to Country Hills Boot Camp at a point when I was having difficulty loosing more weight. My weight would go down then it go back up. This was going on for weeks. I examined the exercise program and the weight loss plan at County Hills Boot Camp and it was sound. Most of all it was simple and simple to follow. The combination of working out at the gym, weekly weigh ins, and the 6 week program helped me to control and change bad habits. SIX WEEKS later I lost the planned 24 lbs and 4.2 MORE. Total loss of 28.2 The Boot Camp program forced me to be accountable in three simple ways: daily goals, weekly goals, and long term goals. Great program, easy to follow, attentive staff, and everyone is helpful and having fun. Check it out. It’s worth your time!
I love it here, the people are so nice and welcoming, trainers are fantastic. Banabas is a WICKED kickboxing trainer if you're interested in kickboxing. Corey is super kind and I love her workouts. Ash is HILARIOUS and so sweet. I would highly recommend this gym, great atmosphere. Justine
It’s been a month since I joined fit body boot camp .. very impressed. I already have started loosing weight just within a month. Kudos to Ash and all the trainers..positive environment and friendly atmosphere.. very hard working trainers .. I would definitely recommend this location of fit body boot camp ..\u200d️\u200d️
