Definitely be a 10 if the foam pit was open and Covid didn't have so many limits. Awesome place.

Great place for kids and adults to burn off energy. Kids LOVED all the options for the climbing walls.

We were here Feb 7 everything was great, The staff was very nice with us even though we arrived very late 7pm and no other visitors were there. Vivaan explained us all the safety rules and was polite to us, he also made sure that the balloons were well inflated for us, what was nice from him, he cared about our stay there. Thanks 4 stars because I have not seen on your website that some jumping area were closed.

We have been to the Extreme Air Park a couple of times with our grandsons. This is a large leisure centre. It has two divided areas. The area on the left is a large area with trampolines. Pits filled with sponges. The area on the right has a lane where you can jump and tumble. An area where you get inside large inflated balls and enjoy by rolling and colliding with each other. Near the back on the right you can do rock climbing and swing from down from tall pedestals. Usually there is an attendant at the rock climbing station We have always insisted that the climbing and jumping be supervised. The place is run by a couple of young people and the only safety instruction given was to avoid back flipping. We kept an eye on our kids but we were not too comfortable seeing the park did not have any staff on all the floors. Kids horse around and it would be good to have qualified staff supervision, since the cost of entry is quite expensive.

I called in advance to make sure of things. I was told that there was less than an hour left and I would still be charged for a full hour. I told them I was fine with this, and asked of anything else. They told me that cash was not optional, so make sure I used something other than it. I said sure thing! And headed there as fast as I could. When I got there I was told that I did not have the right payment method because I was using contactless payment. I told them this was what I was directed towards and they said there was nothing they could do. I asked to speak to the manager, but they were no where to be found. The employee said that they would accept cash, or debit, but they wouldn’t accept payment via phone. I pleaded with them, as there was now only half an hour of jump time left. I told them if I liked the experience I would bring a friend and come again, repeatedly, as I only lived ten minutes away. They still said no. I let them know that their practice was bad business and that I would leave an indicative rating. This place could be good, if it had better staff. I hope people can have the opportunity
