Twice I tried to get Pete to help me with the Lexmark printer he sold me; once for toner and again for a tech issue. Guy disappeared and stopped answering my calls and wouldnt return messages. I got the toner from mills office supplies for the same price he sells them. Now my Lexmark is broken and since it's in a busy office I bought an HP from Staples because I can't sit around and hope this guy shows up. Do not recommend him or his company at all.
