What a fabulous place. Brought my daughter's bike in for a tire repair and not only were they able to fix it on the spot, they helped with a tune up and seat height adjustment. Their prices are very reasonable, and their customer service is just absolutely amazing. Free parking and they even got the bike in and out of my vehicle. I highly recommend this bike shop.
So friendly. So helpful. I blew out my tire attempting my longest ride. Was bummed and was going to try again the next day. They were super friendly on the phone and when I got in they not only got me what I needed, they encouraged me to replace the tube on my own. They gave me tips and all worked out well. I accomplished my longest ride the next day and felt empowered that I can now change the tire. Sometimes it's the small wins that make you feel great and their positive vibes helped immensely. Thank you!
Fantastic customer service from Total Cyclery. The bike of my dreams was not available in Toronto, but Total Cyclery had one in my size in their shop. Total Cyclery owner, Dean, and his team went out of their way to ship it out to me and it arrived super fast! The entire process was easy and seamless, with Dean keeping me updated all along the way. Dean and his staff are quite friendly and have extensive cycling knowledge. If you need anything bike-related, don't hesitate to contact this shop. I highly recommend Total Cyclery! 5 stars all the way!
The head mechanic was very polite and helpful. He tuned up my bike without delay. He helped me out with products I needed. He even tested my bike after tune up. I would return and I do recommend this place to others. Thanks again Michael Robertson
