We went to a bunch of appliance stores looking for a new washer and dryer and Azita was our favorite of all of the sales people we dealt with. She was not pushy to get a sale and she just felt easy to deal with. We made the purchase on Tuesday and we had the washer dryer tower installed on Saturday. Another bonus was that the delivery and installation guys were very good and courteous. Over all it was a very pleasant buying experience.

We just purchased a new washer & dryer and our experience couldn't have been better with Trail Appliances! Our salesperson Charlie was respectful, knowledgeable and very patient with me. He went through options and pointed out differences between brands and models and we finally settled on an Electrolux front loading washer & dryer. We made our decision and within the week, we received our delivery and the machines were installed! Our delivery date was booked by Charlie when we purchased and then it was confirmed. by phone within a few days. The delivery team was on time and installation was quick. Two very nice guys! They were in and out with in an hour, including running a test run on the machines to ensure they were working properly. I highly recommend Trail Appliances!

I bought a LG french door refrigerator from Trail Appliances Port Moody store seven years ago. It worked well until last Sunday when I noticed that the ice cream start melting in the freezer drawer. Wondering what could be wrong with this refrig, I checked every component I can check. All seemed good until I opened the back panel from inside of freezer drawer where the evaporator is located. The picture is how the evaporator looks like in my refrig as of today. I was shocked by what I saw. Since I never opened this panel before, it is clear that the refrig was a repaired one, but it was supposed a brand new one. This also remind me that the kitchen range I bought from same vendor five years ago. Some very noticeable scratches showed on the top cooking panel when it was delivered to my home. I was going to reject, but the deliver man said I have to take it and talk to the store manager later. After a lot of arguing, the store manager agreed to rebate me 200 with no explaination or apologization. I only did two purchases from this store, but was cheated twice. They are not trustable, and doing dishonest business. Shame on you!

We had an excellent experience at the Coquitlam location. Our sales associate Charlie was great! He was attentive to our needs, knowledgeable about the products and gave us lots of options that met our criteria. We had lots of questions and Charlie was able to answer them all and more. We bought a side by side fridge and a gas range, and will be back to buy our stackable washer and dryer soon!

In store service and pricing is great. However the major disconnect happens after you purchase the product. This has happened to me twice. Trail Sales associate tells you that the installer will probably come on a certain day and that he/she will call you to confirm that. Nobody calls me. I call Trail, they say they will look into it and call me back, nobody called me back. I had to call three times to find out if my Microwave was going to arrive on the day that was originally talked about. The communication after purchase is really lacking.

Sales team (in my case, the sales guy was Mick) is completely disconnect from delivery / installer. Mick overpromised on something he would not be able to keep. Had to call Trail a few times to figure out who would be delivering and installing, and when. Next time I'll go somewhere else.
