A bit of confusion on confirmation of order, through emails. A bit disappointed that after delivery the main number got 21 (birthday), the number 2 completely flattened. This was after about 1 hour. I contacted them and was told for an extra 35 delivery fee they could replace it. I had already spent 78.90 on the balloons. The only other option was a refund for the 14.50 balloon. That did not help when trying to ensure a birthday, during covid, went perfect. The balloons were beautiful, so it was unfortunate we were left with a 1 for the main photos...

Needed balloons urgent order for a birthday the same day. I was kinda frustrated and can’t even decide on colours or styles. The lady who works there was very friendly and helped me all the way through it Thanks again for making it happen :)

Always my stop if I need balloons of any type. On this day we were in a time crunch as we had our own balloons but no helium but they were great and helped us out a great deal! Friendly and always service with a smile!
