I had a problem with our Samsung dishwasher which is only less than 1 year old and was very frustrated about it. Luckily, one of my friends refer me to Consumer Appliances and the owner is super friendly and being very helpful trying to diagnostic my dishwasher problem over the phone. I did not know about their repair service through my friend's referral at first, otherwise i would have called them to repair my dishwasher at first place. Painfully I had to go through the repair process on my own and still ended up paying someone else to check it out for me. At the end, the Consumer Appliances helped me ordered the part that i need and arrive very shortly. I replaced the part and wife is very happy with a working dishwasher again. I would recommend to all my friends and family whoever has issue with their appliacne in the near future. Highly recommend to anyone to give Consumer service a call if you are looking to buy new appliance or need someone to repair your appliance.

Timely and speedy service! Called for a quick quote to fix my poorly installed dishwasher. It was lopsided and tilted forward causing the inner racks to shoot out every time I open the door. In a week’s time, the technician came. He was a friendly guy with lots of smiles. He knew exactly what to do. Finished in about an hour’s time and explained to me what the issue was. Asked if I wanted to test it out and won’t leave until I’m satisfied. So wife was happy...life is good! Highly recommend them for any appliance repairs!
