I started my citizenship process at this Consulate last year and have successfully completed my request. I have only received outstanding service from every person I dealt with (Dr Antonio Raimo, Aurora Dominici, Alice, Luigi Sarno, etc). These are great professionals, providing the best possible service to its Citizens overseas. They take the time to explain and ensure instructions are well understood. Follow up has been amazingly fast, they reply promptly to emails and are always accurate on their answers. I am thrilled with such a great professional service received from this Consulate! I have had several experiences with the Italian consulate in Vancouver where I have found that each and every time people have been incredibly rude and uninformative. It seems they do not want to have a job and speaking with them / dealing with them has really made me question wanting to go back to Italy at all.
Excellent experience. The people at consulate were extremely polite and helpful. The entire process was seamless and we got our visa's back in no time.
