This eyeglass store will never have my business. Needed solution to mend a simple scratch on my glasses they agreed to sell me the solution then 2 minutes after said sorry you didn’t purchase those frames with us. Just because I never Purchased glasses with you DOESNT mean you can deny someone to purchase something else.

I went in to have my eye exam yesterday and have my old glasses repaired today. Zee was extremely helpful! She provided great advice to help me with choosing the new glasses I need! in addition, the store follows the covid 19 protocol which I am super impressed with. Not all stores follow the protocol these days.

I had a great experience with the sales representative Zee ,despite all restrictions due to COVID witch involve every time a client point at the many frames, she have to pick them up all for the client. After they try them she have To clean all the ones the client did not like and they might go for round two or 3 until they find the frame they like .Zee kept her smile and showed her passion and experience in helping me choose my frames. I like my frames and felt safe shopping knowing all glasses are cleaned after every try. I recommend this location.

Z goes above and beyond to make sure I get exactly what I want (especially because I have such picky taste and difficult eyes to work with haha).
