Absolutely terrible customer service experience. The female working the front counter should receive training in customer appreciation but more specifically the ability to listen to the client. Although she thinks she understands her job, she does not. I do not provide reviews often but felt compelled to leave a rotten egg review.

If I could give 0 Stars I would. The RUDEST front desk customer service I've seen in a long time. There's a reason your front counter staff don't wear name tags. She was even worse to the elderly man behind me. I will never support this small business ot a Ups store only a dealer\ I know this because she said it 5 times. Also told a customer behind me. \ I don't care what Apple told you to do we don't do what they say\ \Amazon can phewww\ Whatever that meant. Lesley needs some sensitivity/customer service training.
Wanted to print something from a USB. Was asked to email it. Which I obviously cannot do while I am standing there with the USB in hand. I was told they are not accepting things like this from outside to print, which makes zero sense. They are receiving packages and other mail from outside to be handled and mailed. The USB would be in my hand, plugged into the printer, printed, paid, and not one staff member would have to touch it if that was their concern. Concerned about what is being printed, take a look at the printed product. Common sense has left the human race.
They have a bin right inside the entrance for amazon returns so they are our preferred amazon return choice (though you won’t get a receipt confirming drop off this way). However repeatedly when we have gone in there have been unhelpful/unfriendly/rude staff. And they resisted wearing masks as long as they could.
Best place to go to get shipping quotes, advice on how to ship various items and printing!!! The ladies there were so helpful and very patient with all of my questions. Thank you!
