I actually came back twice in one day when I went here. The place is very clean and the staffs are kind. I also noticed that the girl wiped the finished product before giving it to their customer. That’s amazing. We don’t have to worry about spillage or any leak. There’s a limit of up to 6 customers inside. They open at noon according to their schedule but it was worth it. Because this is the location in Lakeshore, expect a little line up sometimes. But it’s worth the wait. What I like is how you can customize the drinks to how much ice you want, how much sugar or no sugar at all, etc. Will definitely come back again.

I'm about it. This joint is fire. My first visit was very satisfying. The place was clean and staff friendly. The space looks like it would be sick to just chill out with some friends when covid is done. They got colorful drinks that attracted my eyes. I got that milk tea today with sago. No sugar, little bit of ice. The fact that i was able to choose the amount of sugar i can put and the amount of ice i can add, is really saying something. Definetly going to visit this joint again. Gj coco fresh. Hope you guys prosper and remain for years.
We had two ladies and brown sugar tapioca milk tea. Both were great! The place was very busy and the employees looked pretty busy, it seems easier to order ahead considering the max capacity of the place (6)

Payment required touching the machine. Drinks are tasty and customizable. Too much plastic but that's a corporate culture problem. Would love to see eco-friendly and compostable containers and straws.
I was very excited when I saw this place opening up near me. I usually have to drive to my fave bubble tea place and I could walk to Coco's, which is amazing but very dangerous for my waist line lol. I must say that I really like having the choice of how much sugar is put into my drink! I ordered the Taro smoothie with tapioca (my absolute fave) and I must say that i was sadly dissapointed. I am not sure if it was just the individual who made my drink or if it is just the way Coco's makes their drinks. But, my drink was full of ice chunks ,which took away from my enjoyment. and the overall taste of it I have never had that happen to me before and I would like to think that I a somewhat of a Taro smoothie connoisseur. I will give them another try and hope that it was just an off day for them.
Went to this location based on the starred ratings and the fact that the opening was stated as April 1, 2021. It wasn't open for business at the time of my original rating (April fools joke I guess). I was looking forward to getting a coco drink, but instead had to go else where. I did not have a good experience and will likely go to other places for bubble tea in the area next time based on the exchange with this location's owner. I wasn't going to write this much for a review, or explain why I gave the rating that I gave. However since I saw the sarcastic reply from the owner for a question I left for the location, I felt obligated to leave this here in reviews. Calling my review misleading, after I pointed out the misleading 5 star reviews left for your, then, unopened location, shows this store owner's character, "don't you think?"
I ordered brown sugar milk tea and it wqs amazing. I tried many places but this one I found is superb with amazing taste and great customer service
