I bought a 15x4 water balloon to winterize my pool and within two months it was punctured and full of water. When calling the person responsible for parts in valleyfield, he said to bring it in and he would replace it. When my wife brought it in, he gave her a 5x4, without compensation (for it not being the right size) and didn’t tell my wife that it wasn’t the right size. She arrived with it and I realized that it was much smaller than what I bought. When I called back he then said he gave her the smaller one because there was no more 15x4 in stock. I explained that there is a big difference in value and that I was displeased with how he handled things. He then offered a full refund for the original. We went back and he gave the refund, but also took back the smaller balloon. I would not do business again for anything except the stuff I have under warranty. It’s very disappointing that he tried to give us a replacement that was worth less than what I paid originally and originally without a refund. The extra running around also cost us on gas (we don’t live in valleyfield), which he didn’t seem to care about

After purchase, installation and start up service were not as professional as expected from the installation staff of Valleyfield. A tech was sent from the Vaudreuil staff and he was very helpful in explaining the functions of the poool. Honestly, I just felt that I should have known what to do. As a first time pool owner, I wish the company would have ensured that the installation and operation was to our satisfaction. I may have gotten a better deal, but obviously I received only what I paid for. Not impressed.

If only I could go back in time and never have to deal with them. Don't forget to take pictures of everything before they come to install a pool because everything they mess up with your yard, they'll never fix it. Also, everything they dig up to put in the pool is gonna stay there until you agree to pay 200 for the first load of dirt and then it's 100 for every trip they have to make until everything is gone.

The staff is very helpful. Robin explained and wrote the instructions on paper so I wouldn't forget them. Would recommend this place for sure.
