Very good customer service. Dan is very well versed in knowing all products and services Groves has to offer. They not only sell you the product but also install them and do repairs which means Groves cares about their customers. We love our little counter top dish washer from Groves. They always put the customer first and carry a variety of products including laundry detergent which is top notch!

We took our dishwasher parts in for warranty repairs. We stopped in a few days later to check in and were told they were busy and would need a few more days. We stopped in a few days later again only to be told they may not fix it due to the cost of the repair. We purchased extended warranty with the dishwasher. The salesperson and one of the owners were rude and did not seem to want to resolve the issues. They wanted to argue about the day we took the parts in instead. We have purchased thousands of dollars of appliances there and they're worried about providing us with a few hundred dollars worth if repairs. I will never go back.
