As always, top notch service. We are always greeted with friendly faces, sincere interest and a team that genuinely cares about our health. They tirelessly work to make sure that you REMAIN comfortable with your CPAP machine and masks etc. Steve consistently has never been one to push for new items or gimmicks. His solutions are often simple and he isn't just in it for the sell. Having a qualified Respiratory Therapist conducting testing, reading and interpreting results, explaining those results to patients and then translating those results into workable treatment is why you may pay more than using an online- or flashy retail store. Sleep apnea should be treated by a professional ... which is what Clinical Sleep Solutions does. The support staff are friendly, very helpful, kind and so, so patient with patients! We always have a lovely catch up when we go in and nothing is too much trouble for them. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I was diagnosed with sleep apnea in 2007 and was referred to Clinical Sleep Solutions. Steve Archer , has been my therapist ever since. Steve is extremely knowledgeable in this field and he genuinely cares about your needs. If you need assistance with your sleep disorder, you have come to the right place. Thanks so much to Steve for helping me out, My local sleep place told me it would be over 2 weeks to get an appointment, after i just had nose surgery and found out i needed a different mask so i could sleep properly. i was in Vancouver for a graduation and I called Steve's office only find out they were moving and would not be open till Monday, well i told Steve i was only in Vancouver till Saturday and he told me to stop after 5 and he would take care of me. And he did just that. Thanks so much
I have had nothing but positive experiences with Clinical Sleep Solutions at this location. Prior to coming here, I had nothing but mediocre service everywhere else. Steve is awesome and always takes time to explain things clearly and goes out of his way to make sure his customers are getting the best experience and service possible. Definitely recommend seeing him for any of your needs.
On my latest visit June 10th there were new masks and machines on display but I still received the same wonderful, professional and caring service as I reported a couple of years ago. Diana managed to retrieve my information from the Bipap despite a missing chip while Julia did a great clean up of mask and machine. I have nothing but praise for this wonderful company and their dedicated employees. I should add a big thank you to both Diana and Julia and of course to Steve who has grown this branch exponentially since my first visit back in 2010, thanks to exemplary Customer Service.
