All staff are professional, courteous and very respectful. From the initial quote process through to the end of the install of the A/C and furnace, I was nothing but impressed with the staff. I called Climate Experts when my AC was not cooling. I initially got information from the lady who answered the phone on things I could initially check before they sent a technician out. I needed the technician, and he was timely and professional. It turned out I needed a new AC, and I was immediately given quotes with options on how to pay. Two technicians came out to install the unit, and I was a little concerned because I work from home and am presenting for most of the day. I was told they would be around 4 hours. They arrived on time, took 4 hours, and were so quiet that none of my meetings were interrupted. There was no debris left when they'd gone, and 3 days later from the initial visit, my home is cool again--of course it always happens during a heatwave. I would highly recommend this company.
