I had a flat tire right at the start of my ride on a cold morning. I was so lucky to be just a block away from the Cit-E-Cycles shop on West Broadway. The man in the shop happily agreed to change my tire and took the time to discover a puncture and pull out the small bit of glass from the tire. Such good service!

Staff are rude and condescending. Purchased a bike here and have experienced nothing but terrible customer service since. Take your business elsewhere to a business that cares.

Don't bother. Contacted them to let them know I was ready to buy two ebikes. One for myself and one for my wife, and you all know that's a bit of money. I just wanted some guidance from them on the best choice. Sent them two very detailed emails on our riding style and wants and just waited for their reply to place an order. Nada...nothing...zero...zilch reply. If they can't even take the time to respond to a new customer who is READY to buy then think about what they'll be like after you've spent your money and need support. I'd say they remind me of a used car dealership, but I've received better service there. Complete waste of time.

Agree with others. Doug is super friendly and knowledgeable. We have been to the other shops and always felt condescension as if I had no idea what I was talking about. Doug and staff were super friendly and only pointed out differences when asked. Would highly recommend this shop as we drove over an hour just to buy from him instead of closer shops.

Not sure who the people interacted with who said the staff were friendly - I found the staff not friendly or helpful at all. Standoffish attitude, and I felt like they wanted out of the store as fast as possible and were irritated with any questions I had. They didn’t have enough staff to deal with the volume of customers, and acted like customers were a huge imposition for coming in to buy bikes from them.
