Ignore alarms completely and do not care if they get to you. No response to emails and phone calls are a minimum half hour wait for help they can't give

Some guy showed up trying to give away a free security package because it was their 200th anniversary or something. Tried to force his way into my house on two separate instances during the conversation. Unable to find any information online about a 200th anniversary promotion. Seems sketchy.

Very poor service. Customer for many years, outage from lightning strike, and slow to no action, no repairs, no quotes, no calls. Seems they just don't care about residential.
