The thought of possibly upgrading my phone crossed my mind Wednesday night. Was walking away with a brand new, amazing phone Thursday before lunch. Sales Rep Courtney helped me set up everything quickly and easily and helped figure out what's best for me. Super friendly and outstanding customer service altogether. I will definitely be returning when I need to upgrade again

Went into kelcom looking for a new phone. Brittney was my sales person. She answered all my questions. She looked into a discount that I could have. She set up my new phone went over everything with me. She will be my go to person and will recommend her to my friends. Oh yeah she said if I have problems I could come back!! Great customer service
All your staff at the Chatham office on Keil Dr are fantastic Matt has helped me with my last two phone and he was great. His had great patience with me and I saw first hand with the couple before me. Thanks for employing great people at your office.
