Great ride and beautiful scenarios; however, would like cleaner dining area and bathrooms.

An awesome and such an amazing experience with the ship, especially when the seas and waters are calm and peaceful. Than its a real chance to enjoy ferry riding. Excellent staff, clean boat, great service, efficient and effective. But, during an storming weather, situation is little different, advice careful approach and safe behaving. Generally great service at all. ......... thumbs up...

Took the ferry from PEI to Caribou, NS. I had my dog with me, he is a support dog& was wearing his vest. He gets anxious left alone & I wasn’t going to leave him in the car for the trip. There is a sign stating that if your dog is a support dog it is allowed inside where there are seats for myself and it is not cold and raining. I was told I was not allowed in the passenger deck and therefore resulted in me sitting on the window ledge of the boat just off the deck, making my motion sickness worse & myself and my dog very uncomfortable for the entire ride. For paying 78 for a trip I expected better hospitality & understanding of their own exceptions.

Exhaust by transport trucks while waiting to disembark. Brutal!!!! No staff.

very comfortable ferry, cafeteria is good and price are reasonable. staff are kind, the ice cream on Deck E is kind of expensive for 1 scoop ice cream in sparkling cone 7. The ferry is free from Nova Scotia to PEI

Yes, this more expensive then the bridge but it is a great change so you can relax save wear and tear on your car. There is free WiFi and if you get the "old" ferry, find the old soft serve ice cream machine in the back corner; they use real cream!!

Had a very easy crossing from St John to Digby with a 26' motorhome. Nice, clean ship, friendly and helpful service, especially the dock hands, when it came to navigating the RV up and down the ferry loading ramps. Made the trip worthwhile!
