The other day was the 2nd time I visited Century Sound, the 1st time was with my brother in law for some Marine gear and we installed it and it worked for the time he owned that boat so was pleased with that experience. The other day Nov 2020 I went in with a weird request as I sold my previous vehicle with \most\ of my stereo gear included in the sale, but kept an amp and sub. So my battery is in my trunk and needed a short ground and power wire as to not spend lots of money on a whole new kit (as times are tough right now) I was pleasantly surprised when he was able to find exactly what I needed. I also needed a fuse, after installing what I needed I noticed the fuse was blown, Matt had no issues or problems replacing it with a better fitting fuse for my set up. So I give Century Sound 5 stars for being so helpful to me, asking for something not \on the shelves\ isn't something most businesses will help you with but they did help me and I very much appreciate that. Thank you kindly for your exceptional services.

I purchased a car radio unit from Century Sound last year, and was pleased with the product and service. Sam in service is exceptional. Very professional all around. Product came with a one year warranty and even though service required a tweak since the unit experienced a small issue, Sam was expedient at resolving the situation. 100% satisfied customer here! Visited Century Sound today after the power cable to my TV went missing after a terrible move. Matt turned a stretch of bad luck turn into a day filled with smiles. He was knowledgeable, beyond friendly and the store is filled with excellent products at really reasonable prices. You just can't ask for better. You make shopping locally the only option

Brought a Klipsch Amplifier in to be serviced. 2 weeks no action so I go in and ask and the service tech says he is waiting on schematics. I go home get on the net and in the matter of minutes easily print them off and then drive back and deliver them to him. I then give it another week and then return to Century Sound and the amplifier is still on the shelf never having been looked at. That is the last time Century Sound does any repairs for me. I wanted to believe they were able to do the repair but obviously they are not capable of doing a repair in a timely manner, and that with me helping. This is a textbook example of how you loose customers!
