It took no effort to shop local and buy an amazing Sony TV from here. Same price as the big box stores BUT the staff here are terrific! You can't beat the personal touch. Everyone bent over backwards to make sure I got what I wanted, walked me through the installation process, and loaded it carefully into my car. They've earned a lifelong customer in me!
Excellent customer service! Even though my last purchase was over a year ago, Gibson employees (Phil & John) were more than happy to help with some issues I have having with my TV's. I was in the market for a quality setup - speakers, sub woofer and receiver but didn’t know where to start. Mike at Gibson Sound & Vision took the time to give me an in-depth education on what to look for in terms of sound quality and internal components. He’s spent a lot of time with me allowing me to listen to various genres of music on different speaker setups until I found a setup I loved. He was also available to help post sale when I needed help with my receiver settings. They don’t just stop helping after selling you a product, they make continue to support you.
