We went online to look for a Kuhn dealer to buy a new speed rake as our local dealer was sold out for the season and found Central Alberta Hay Centre. Kevin was great to deal with from the beginning. We called him on a Saturday afternoon and he was unfortunately sold out. He got a new shipment a week later, had the rake built and delivered to our farm 3 hours away only two days after that. Great service!!

Today I was almost hit by a Central Alberta Hay Centre truck. It was a Dodge 2500 license plate BSX 9825 who ran a red light while looking at his phone. I hope he losses his job and he’s lucky no one was hurt.
Good parts, good service.
The parts department was not super helpful and a bit expensive. Sorry, that's my experience and maybe I can leave a better rating next time.
its just one of those places you only go if your in a pinch and need the part asap and there the only person in town with it. but still absolutely painful to visit.
