Every single time I have been here I pre ordered my parts, it is always wrong and I have to wait over 45 mins for them to find the right part. Why have a section and a system to pre order if you can't even get it done.

Use to be my favourite store to go to but sadly they stopped selling STIHL equipment so I won't be going back there anymore.
Nice people who know what they're talking about. If you're comparing prices, you could probably find products slightly (3-8%) cheaper at other dealerships, but these guys are very helpful and will help get you set up. So if nickel's and dime's don't really matter to you, I would recommend this place.
