I don't live in Penticton anymore and wanted to order flowers for my Mother. I called Carl's to place an order for the Awesome Alstromeria arrangement (Left) found on their website. I paid extra to add roses to complement the arrangement. The bouquet of flowers came to 85 tax. The arrangement received was....sad (Right). I contacted the shop and the lady on the phone insisted I got what I ordered and eventually told me if I was unhappy I could get a refund. At least I got my money back but what a complete waste of my time. I sent an email to the shop to inform them of what happened. I have yet to receive a response. Long story short, find a different flower company in Penticton to handle your floral needs!

My aunt is a leap year baby so I wanted to surprise her with some sweet thoughts and gorgeous flowers for her birthday as she is a very special aunt. I was a bit skeptic to place an order because of the review rating nevertheless I placed an online order of their nature's glory floral. My aunt was very very happy! She called me right after she received them and said the flowers are beautiful! you made her happy so thank you so much!
Thank you for delivering the flowers prior Mother’s Day my 90 year old mother was very happy and moved by them. My only negative comment was how hurried and impatient staff was when I called to inquire about my order. I realize it is Covid and mother’s day but staff must be more patient & helpful
Even though the staff expressed concerns about selection I managed to find a great live planting for my wife. Thanks so much
