Great selection for hardware, tools, housewares, automotive. Usually can get products transferred from other locations within a reasonable time. Cashiers are always friendly.

We like shopping at this Canadian tire. They have a wide variety of unique items. We've purchased many things in this store over the years. We'd like to see more sales, but overall great products.

We found something that we had trouble finding at Canadian tire Abbotsford the other night and we were thrilled about it....until we needed assistance and none of the staff were willing to help in the least!!!! You would think that a lady asking for assistance with a huge box could get it but no. I first asked the young lady who helped me to find it if she could get me a flat cart or someone to help me. She called for help and then left. Eventually a young man came with a regular cart that did not fit the object and when I gave him a strange look he said, “I’ll take it to customer service for you” when we got to customer service they rudely announced that I had to take it to the regular til. The young man shrugged his shoulders and left. I then struggled through the long twisted maze to the til with this heavy box falling out of the cart. Finally, after paying, I asked for help to my car in the rain with this heavy awkward box. The lady at the til scoffed at me and said,”good luck!” If I thought I could just return this item without hassle I would! After the service I got I feel ridiculous to have given them my business. Perhaps they need to up the customer service training at this location? I realize it’s been a tough year for everyone, but kindness goes a long way. -Disappointed

Still find good sales. Return policy is good. Staff is great. Have public washroom. Hotdog stand outside some thing not to miss
