I'm very pleased with Williams Lake Canadian tire. There is always someone asking if they can help me and the mechanic shop goes the extra mile. They will fill your tires even thou He gets off in 3 minutes..Great job guy's

I had originally posted a poor review for the store due to an experience in the automotive service department. Revised the rating as it was not fair to provide a poor review based on one experience alone. In the fall I spent a fair chunk of money on getting my vehicle in shape. Repairs included new tires, belts, ball joints, exhaust, alignment etc. Was not happy with the outcome of the alignment and also noticed an exhaust leak after 90 days. I did speak to a lad in service and he was adament they would do nothing. After spending 3000 on the repairs I figured a 10 exhaust gasket was not too much to ask for. Long story short Corporate got involved and was willing to provide an acceptable resolution. The store is great we use it for much of our shopping needs and the garden centre as well. I recommend getting all the warranty details up front in the service department otherwise you could be in for a surprise. Nothing against the mechanics but the corporation needs to revisit their warranties on parts and labour.

If your looking for ammunition, might as well look someplace else. I went in looking for ammo and the store associates told me the store recently changed ownership and the new owners didnt have the licence to vend ammo, and they couldnt give me a date when they would get their licence, could be weeks or even months they said. I wasted my time, DON'T WASTE YOURS!

Generally speaking the staff is helpful, but this time a employee was clearly sick and still working! He was in the paint department. This is horrible during times like this. If you are sick stay home you would think the employers, managers or other people that work with him would have told him to go home! And get tested. Also this location seems to always be put of stock of everything I need. Before the pandemic I have driven to neighbouring cities to pick things up the day that I needed them because we never have anything at this store. So after the experience seeing they will let staff work sick, I’ll be staying away for awhile!

Great service in the automotive department. Had an emergency flat tire as we were traveling and they got it fixed quickly. Friendly counter service as well. Great job canadian tire! Back on the road.
