I have never had a bad experience. I phoned for orders when the website was busy. No problem. Picked up orders curbside & at the customer service desk. No problem. I can find anyone in the store & they help me or find someone who can. I've had heavy stuff wheeled out to my vehicle. I will keep going back.

Sometimes they are great. Sometimes not so much.... If you are going for pipe or plumbing elbows or parts, pack a lunch. Even if the app says its there, don't really expect it.
Atmosphere is tense. Employees seem on edge.
Lots of the staff are super rude for no reason, mainly just Melanie at customer service. Tracy has always been super nice and helpful

Ordered online after speaking to an employee about a bike that was being discontinued, they held it for me until I had a free day to pick it up. Very helpful staff.
