Always happy to see me and provides me with great advice and suggestions for my 2016 Chevy Colorado Z71 Midnight Edition Extended-Cab. Been gong for over 2 decades. About to buy AS tires. After Ray, the automotive manager, retired after 35 years of service, I expected the longest customer service attendant I have been dealing with for well over 10 years to take Raymond's place. Unfortunately that did not happen and the auto motive service department is not as polished as it could be. I my eyes, that was a big mistake. Personally I think his is one of the most loyal professionals I have seen. Hopefully he will be advanced and show the store this young professionals talent. As a business owner, I know loyalty equates to trust.

Have you ever heard of any sales person at the counter who says "calculate it yourself using your phone" when asked to detail a sample bill before purchase? And he does not stopped there, continues to say, that he has other work to do, and will we do that for him!!? This weird behavior of arrogance happened to me and my friend in this store. If he was that busy, he should have forwaded the matter to his counterpart who was also present at the shop? Unfortunately that never happened. We came to purchase a set of new summer tires, the total proposed to us was 865 dollars including installation and some other charges. The tire price was 130 dollars a piece. The "some other charges" was that we requested to detail about. But, the sales person, Mr. Jalal Ariche, was so arrogant and intolerant, so that we were forced to cancel the appointment and to go look for tires elsewhere. Yes, we found another store and had the tires replaced. But this person's attitude towards the customer still baffles us. As a regular customer of Canadian Tire, and a holder of Triangle card, I can tell that I never expected such an insulting treatment.

CT has very good app that help you select what you need before going there and can make shopping experience fast an efficient and also safe in current situation. some branches are very good and you can find things and even order online and pickup. This branch is one of the best in CT chain.

I was given an appointment the previous day for a tire change at 6 pm and I arrived at 6:08 and I was refused service saying there isn't enough time to complete the work till they close at 7:30 pm Not sure why it would take an hour and half to mount tires nor why I was given the appointment in the first place if it wasn't a sufficient time. Update I got the tires replaced at Pneus Gordon this morning in well under an hour. I don't expect coming back to Canada Tire in the future.

Went shopping for spark plugs today, shoutout to the absolute pair of legends. First worker had his hand stuck under a pile of ice salt, second worker came in clutch with a roll of tape then proceeded to go to the back of the store to find the product that I needed. On top of everything, came back with 1 single spark plug for a 4cyl engine, poor guy came back huffing and puffing with my required parts. Cherry on top, the engine filter I needed had 2 in stock but they had no placement for it. Luckily, another customer service representative swiftly went to the back and got me exactly what I needed. easy 11/10 service, would go again anyday. PS: Idk what yall smoking during your lunch breaks, but I need it. email me plz

Had appointment at 10am, called in to check for late arrival and the agent on phone said its okay. But when I arrived, the manager just came and said you were supposed to be here earlier and left without even listening that I called in. Then silence for 10 mins. I had to check with other person to know that the manager will come again and check with me. Then he came took papers and key only to say again ," you can go now come later my guys are break as you came late it may take 25 mins." . Nothing else not even looking at my face or interacting. Then left I have to ask other person what is the maximum time it can take so that I can wait. I am shocked to see such behavior I know I came late but I called in earlier to reconfirm that I can still come .But getting treated like this is unbelievable.
