Love this store. I always find everything I need and more that I want. They always have a discounted sale on stuff they are trying to get rid of and I always need things like oil,w/w, radiator fluid and headlight bulbs and wipers and so much more. They always have a very pleasant atmosphere in here which makes shopping easier for me. And the staff are friendly enough to approach and ask questions.

I had purchased a generator online yesterday which I thought was in store and was waiting for a text to pickup. At 3 today I called the truro store to see the status of our order and was told it was coming from Toronto and would be 2 weeks. I was put through to the manager as I wanted to cancel my order which he did. I asked what generators they had in stock and then preceded to go the store to purchase a generator. I went to customer service to get the generator and the manager was there and he was wonderful to deal with. He was very helpful. Certainly made my shopping experience at the truro store a very pleasant experience.
