really bad customer service in Rosemere. Drive the extra 10 minutes and go to Laval. it is well worth the extra time.

I wish I could rate this store lower. Absolutely no empathy towards customers with broken Merchandise and no receipt. As God as my witness, I will never spent 1 cent in this store ever again! I have been loyal coming to this store since 1986. I’m so disappointed. Please shop at Walmart where they are a bit more lenient. I went to get a humidifier there.

Poor customer experience. I ordered Winter tires online, which where in stock on their website. After 4 days of waiting for my order to be processed for in-store pick-up, which I found to be long, because it normally takes 24 hours to fulfill, so I called customer service for an update, to learn 1) tires are not in stock as indicated on their site 2) should arrive by Nov 2nd, IF THEY ARRIVE, cause they are not even sure they will get them since the last time they got an order was in 2019??? Had I not contacted them, I would have been waiting and never knowing if I would even get anything, while I have an appointment to change my Winters in 2 weeks. Here's a suggestion, if you don't have them in stock, inform your potential customers that they are on backorder for them to make an informative decision, instead of taking my payment for something I am not even sure to get.

So many missing items... Shelves were empty... Saint-Eustache had twice as much to offer in same department.
