HAD A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS STORE while when contacting CORPORATE, they were able to rectify the situation and forward my concerns to the right department. The experience included: -Customer service is horrible - very egotistic. -I discussed an issue W/ a store manager \Frederic\ and he decided to run away and neglect responsibilities. -Being very profit oriented, not keep price guarantee promises. -I have visited many Canadian tire locations but this one is by far the WORSE experience and moreover greedy. -AVOID unless you speak FLUENT-french ONLY and LOVE // ready to pay more.
