In the middle of doing a deep pore a poxy table with my son. Ran out of kerosene, I went an order kerosene from Canadian tire Walker road. I received an email saying it won't be ready Till the next day. I went there hoping they would be able to help because I needed the kerosene now so the temperature would not drop in ruin my 1500 investment. The manager was refused to help And was not willing to make an exception even thoe The jugs are stored approximately a 100' away from her outside. The manager's response to the situation when asked if she could make an exception was oh well that's all I can do go check another store in the area. I admit it is my mistake in the beginning I should have bought 3 jugs instead of 2 that is my bad. This is disappointing in a time of pandemic and money is tight,and a father and son working on a project together. SHAME ON YOU CANADIAN TIRE (Walker road. Windsor Ontario)

This is a tough one because I really like Canadian Tire. I'll try and make this short. I bought a Vanity from the riverside store a week ago. Broken counter when I opened it today. They don't have another one that's not damaged already (nice). Riverside tells me to go to Walker ok, but Riverside will not call them for me because that's to much work for them (for real thats what they said). \ it will be easy for me because they would be on hold\ Guess what I'm on hold. So Walker store gets me the new sink. The counter person is very nice and helpful, right up until the stock person brings up the vanity. Now I have to take the counter out of that box and put my damaged one back into that box...What? Fine I do all that and leave. So is this how it is now? Service is dead and let's blame it on Covi!
