Terrible experience!!! Avoid it if you request their service from abroad!!! They will waste your time and lose your private documents. Unfortunately, it took me 2 months to understand so, please consider another company to work with. I called them at least 7 times first 3 people who I talked to, took my information and promised me to give me a follow up on my case but never did, they asked me to send email 2 times and give me a follow-up but they never did, they asked me to send them a text message with my info and they never replied or updated me with the current status. So after almost 2 months, I got someone with the name Jawad(I might misspell it) who was trying his best to show me that it is not their fault but mine, telling me that because of the COVID the post-service works very slow which surprised me a lot because my documents were delivered a long time ago and on time to their office address. Also, this person was interrupting me and not letting me explain myself. He asked me to send another email which I did and of course, never got back from Canadian Fingerprinting Services. After 2 months I just gave up. So please if you are reading this and you are the person requesting their service from abroad DONT! SAVE YOU TIME and use another company!

Amazing experience at the Scarborough location on 06/27.. very warm, cordial and helpful technician (forgetting the name).. she explained to us in detail with patience on what needed to be done for our Clearance certificates. Also, is very competitive in terms of price as against some of the other shops doing the same thing

Bad experience. I called on Monday. Got a voicemail with hours of operation and instructions to come in with 2 pieces of ID. Showed up Tuesday, sign or the door said appointment only. Called the same number, got the same voicemail. Went inside, there was a post-it on the door that said \Lunch - Be Back 1:20\. So I went and sat in my car for 20 minutes. There was a girl in the car beside me just sitting there from the time I got there. I started calling at 1:20, left a voicemail, called several times. Finally I go back inside, and see the same woman that sat in her car beside me working there. She was with someone, I stood outside her office until she asked me if I had an appointment. I told her I started calling yesterday and there's been no answer. She told me I need an appointment. I asked how to get an appointment. She told me she was busy. She then asked when I needed one. I told her I was there now, waiting outside and calling since yesterday, so you tell me. She went back to doing what she was doing and I left.
