They are extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful; and since COVID, I have not had to wait more than 5 days for anything ordered online. Been with Canada Vapes for the better part of a year. Fantastic services both for orders and their customer service. Have for the most part always received my orders fast and this one time it not being as fast as usual was told why due to the lockdown of Ontario. All the same customer service changed my deliver to home delivery that is offered in London. Pending how the experience goes today, may use the same-day service in the future for future orders. The equipment and juices are very well done, am replacing my Caliburn after only having it for a year but that was my choice not cause of any malfunction. Figured why not cause it had been a year plus it was cheaper to replace 120ml bottle upgrade. I will continue to order and stand by Canada Vapes, keep up the good work

5 stars hands down - I’m new to vaping as I’m looking to quit smoking. The staff at Canada Vapes are super knowledgeable and have exceeded my expectations every time I have visited the store. My first purchase was an Aspire Speeder 200v which I purchased online right after New Year’s Eve. The service was amazing and the shipping was quick and accurate. My first trip to the store was even better, I’m new to vaping and had a few odd ball questions but the staff made me feel comfortable and confident in all of my decisions to purchase. I love their customer points system as an extra bonus and incentive to buy. Now my wife and I are both vaping and have quite a collection as outlined in the attached photo. I have purchased e-juice in a pinch from other manufacturers but I have yet to find anyone that holds a candle to Canada Vapes flavour profiles. Canadian Smooth and French Vanilla are my favourites so far but there’s a list of additional options I’m looking forward to trying and buying! Keep up the amazing job and customer service!
