Google won't let me update their hours for whatever reason, but they've extended them for the holidays - M-F 08:00-19:00, Sat 10:00-15:00 - until Dec 22. Always friendly and helpful, even in this crazy time. Really appreciate the work they do.

Brutal service. Original parcel delivery date was missed (no reason why on tracking) then next day updated to say parcel was being returned to sender (again, no reason why). Called them and they had no other information and couldn't help in locating the parcel.

Order a parcel got as far as Saskatoon in two days and then it sat there for a week and a half before it was delivered.... now two weeks later waiting on another parcel got as far as Saskatoon, again sat there for a week before Departed to end up missing Saskatchewan and shipped it to Winnipeg... called Canada post said they can only assume it's coming back.. now I'm waiting for it to return back to Saskatoon only to assume it's going to sit there for another week. Unbelievable!!!!

Don't ship Canada Post. Had a package sent via Express, tracked item and was told it had been delivered, but no key left for mailbox. I called, but wasn't able to get any help because I'm not the sender. The supervisor I spoke to said they would call to update me in 2 business days, never did get a call. My brother sent package, he's been trying to deal with them, same thing-- no returned calls. He's trying to speak to someone, on hold for 35 mins. Now I'm told someone did check the mailbox, didn't contact us, and that the package ISN'T in the box. So they LIED about a delivery and missing key. If you think this is a company you can do business with, go ahead. Otherwise, there are many other companies to ship with.

I live in melfort. I've order alot of parcels in the past four months. It ships fast from the states and across Canada. Then as soon it gets to saskatoon it's dead. I've waited up to a week for parcels to be delivered from saskatoon office. It should not take a week or more to deliver parcels and letters from saskatoon and or even regina. I've had letters come from regina that are post marked on the 15th I get them in on the 28th which is ridiculous. Ti be honest anyone who wants higher wages better work for said wages eh. Instead of slacking off especially canada post. Oh and one more thank you canada post for opening parcels and letters sent to me. I feel violated the cbsa scans and xray when my parcels come from the states there is no need for sask postal office to open and tamper with my letters and parcels. I've had to order another vehicle part cause of sask postal office damaging it.
