Went in today (March 18th) to mail a package to the US but was turned away saying that I needed to print a shipping label online before shipping anything. The man working was so busy that he was reading a newspaper on his shift. It wouldn't be so upsetting if his hands were tied, but the fact that I went to another post office on the SAME DAY and had ZERO ISSUES mailing my package says that there is a great deal of laziness and complacency in the employee who was working that day, apparently not even knowing the rules. I'll remember this experience next time Canada Post workers decide to go on strike as if they don't have things very good already.

This is an excellent little post office, staffed by a friendly fellow. He always makes sure we get our packages and mail. He often goes out of his way to be extra helpful, like when the FedEx guy can't find our house. If I could give 10 stars, I would.
