Worst experience with Canada post. The lady who spoke Cantonese was so rude. She only talked to the customers who spoke the same language with her. She never pushed them to act quick so rest of us had to wait for around 30 minutes!!! And when it’s our turn she started to push us and even speak very loud??? It only took me 1 min to finish my delivery but 30 mins to wait! Bad attitude! Bad customer service! Lack of efficiency and basic manner! IF YOU DON’T LIKE YOUR JOB, GO HOME!! DO NOT GIVE ME THAT ATTITUDE!!!

There is a cantonese lady who is really rude, she just don’t let you ask any questions about your business in Canada post, and she doesn’t even explain to me. Hope they can hiring a better staff. Maybe it’s just because they are one hour to close, she even doesn’t let me finish my talk, that is really rude.
Canada Post needs to fire the middle-aged woman working at this location with black-rimmed glasses and short, straight shoulder-length hair. Before I even finished talking, she came off exasperated for whatever reason when I simply mentioned I was there to pick up a parcel. She then berated and yelled at me. Forget about asking questions. She will question your actions. Incredibly condescending and a poor representation of Canada Post. Management needs to terminate her employment immediately.
They should accept credit card for gift card purchase, but they do not. And there is long long line up and only one junior worker only and without experiance too.
Everyone has been complaining about the same thing and nothing has been solved. This location has a paper sign that hours of operation has changed. After many request, many people rely on the accuracy of the information posted online and yet, the manager and employees at this location failed to bring this up and rectify this issue. What is going on?
