As newbies to the RV world we feel very fortunate to have purchased our Northern Lite 10-2 from Camp-Out RV and we couldn't be any happier with our decision. The Sales and Service Staff have been spectacular in every sense of the word. Their level of professionalism, patience and level of customer service has not only met our expectations but have by far exceeded them. The telephone and e-mail support during our current cross Canada travels has been exceptional, allowing us to have full peace of mind to enjoy our journey and experiences. Professional. Courteous. Above and beyond. Excellent experience all the way through. We are first time buyers and they helped us out and set us up the whole way through. (Even found something a family of 5 can pull with a mini van!) Sales man was thorough and not pushy. Service techs were extremely knowledgable and professional. Will be back soon for some neat toy from the store I’m sure.
We recently purchased our second RV from CampOut RV. We had the first unit for 7 years and decided to treat ourselves to a new RV for our 55th anniversary....Truly Freedom 55! The sales staff was quick to recognize our needs and after viewing the first RV he showed to us we both knew that this was the RV we would want to spend time in. Over the past months we had looked at a few other places but found nothing that quite fit our needs. Yes-after the maiden journey we had a few issues BUT the service/tech staff were very good at rectifying the problems. They even vacuumed, any mess they made, when they were done! There is good reason that CampOut RV has been in business for so many years.
Service Team was professional and diligent in taking care of my service needs for my 2019 trailer. Aaron communicated frequently with updates on the progress of the repairs and communication from the manufactures. Very happy with the service level that was shown during my experience with Camp-Out RV.
Chad at Camp-out RV really got to work with his knowledge of the Hymer Aktiv camper vans and understanding what we as purchasers want and need in this type of vehicle. For 4 years now, we've been living, travelling and working in and from our 1990 VW Vanagon Westfalia camper van. We are ready for a bit more room, some basic comforts and serious reliability. We think, after researching Class B camper vans that the Hymer provides us with a space to work and a little more room when it gets uncomfortable outside, to stretch out and chill. We did look at 1000 Islands RV at the same vehicles and unfortunately we never got the information that we really needed to make a purchasing decision. Talking to Chad at Camp-out RV we got a straight view on how the pricing worked as well as available incentives from Hymer directly. None of this was clear from the outset at the other place and I suggest that, yes, when you're spending upwards of 100k on a vehicle/RV it serves you to do your homework and to shop around. We're thrilled to be taking ownership soon, of the 2018 Hymer Aktiv that Chad helped us decide upon. Great sales staff and we're looking forward to our introduction session in a week or two.
