This is the third time we use Bloomex. The flowers arrive in a timely fashion and are of great quality. All of our recipients are so happy when the flowers arrive, both men and women! My partner and I have now had flowers delivered to Montreal, Quebec City and Saint John NB, it's a great service esp when we can't see our family members during this pandemic.

If I could give this place 0/5 stars I would!! Never order with this company, you will get ripped off. My husband ordered roses & wine to be delivered on Valentines day. He paid 24 extra to have them delivered between 9am-12 and they were very late. Couldn't reach this company by phone and the online chat people weren't helpful at all and just kept saying they will be there asap, this was at 2 pm. The delivery person didn't show up until 4:20 pm, when I had just left the house to do a pickup, so it was really bad timing as I HAD to be there for 430. I told him to wait 5 minutes, and got back home as quick as I could. My husband was only refunded 4 for late delivery. The quality of the roses were sub-par and looked nothing like the photo online. For 90 for a 3 rose bouquet, a teddy bear, bottle of wine & small box of chocolates it really wasn't worth it, when you can get way nicer flowers at a grocery store for a fraction of the price. Unfortunately he didn't read the reviews before ordering and felt really bad, but at least I got my order unlike some other reviews I have read on Twitter. We will be sticking with local small businesses for ordering flowers from now on.

I ordered flowers for my friends birthday in Toronto this morning, I purchased same day delivery. I got email notifications letting me know when the flowers were in transit and when they were delivered. I ordered them around 10 and my friend received them around 4! I couldn’t be happier with this service, gorgeous colours, quick service and I even received a call from their head office to make sure everything was going okay. Thank you so much for making my friends birthday special!
