Amazing food, I would call it one of the best Persian food you can get in Canada (By far from BC, ON, QC, AB, SK) I stopped by only once and my first time, heard from friends they have great Persian food, and that is absolutely true. Though they also added "some harsh attitude may come from the staff" well! that is also true. I drop one star for not having top level attitude towards their customers, and also price looks a bit high for any restaurant in this class Other than that I absolutely loved the food

Always have had great food and good experience with the food and the owner here. He works very hard and puts a lot of love into what he makes and it is the best kabob in Calgary at the moment, in my opinion. Been a customer here for many years. I would recommend any of the kabobs with rice and grilled tomatoes!
The best Kabab ever! I have tried many Persian restaurants in many countries and I must say Royal Kabab is my #1. Owner is friendly and honorable. Definitely give it a try.
Worst attitude for welcoming a customer!!!! Will never come to this place again! I am a frequent traveller and used to taste a lot of a good food and that’s how I came a cross this restaurant. But, I was absolutely wrong as it’s not about the food more than how you are welcoming your customer. Too bad to see such a people like this serving their community!
I try the Persian food everywhere because I'm Persian myself. This was by far the worst food and customer service ever and I've never felt so ripped off! He charged triple time as what you'd pay for a good food in Vancouver or Toronto, and yet the food tasted like days old, the meat was stale and disgusting, and the food was cold. He packed the two different meals in one aluminum container, and tore a styrofoam container into halves as plates for us to eat in! I called back because I simply couldn't eat this food, and he didn't acknowledge it or offer any compensation. I'll never ever set foot near this place. It was also unhygienic and dirty.
As a Persian, I would suggest you go here if you are looking for quality Persian Kabob in Calgary. Best kabob and rice in Calgary both quality and quantity wise. The owner is not super nice, but he is a good guy.
Amazing food. Tastes just like Iran's kabob. I don't buy food from anywhere else.
I highly recommend this take-out restaurant. The best shawarma and Kubideh that you can find in Calgary. I have been its customer since the first day that I moved here, around 3 years ago, and still love its delicious foods.
