I called Persian Rug Services and got a quote for the rug cleaning services I needed. The drop off and pick up went smoothly at the Cleaning company in Oakville (nice gentleman, helped me unload and carry it back to my car). When I got back home, I noticed huge deep cuts along one of the rugs, which I had not noticed before. I called them, talked to Joe, and sent him some pictures. He called me back after seeing the pictures, explaining that the cuts were likely already existing from when the workers opened the package in store (when I 1st purchased it), and not likely from their cleaning. I honestly had never noticed the cuts before, but couldn't tell exactly how or when they happened. Joe pondered that, as they didn't flag it upon receipt of the rug, he would have it fixed at no charge. So I dropped it off at his facility and he brought it back to my home in a few weeks, with all the cuts nicely taped. I was so happy with how he handled things that I got him to clean yet another rug that I wasn't really considering doing before. I would use their services again and recommend this company. Every time I would wanted to get my rugs cleaned from dirt and stain, since my rugs are made from silk and need more attention to it, I decided to work with this company. From the beginning I realized they do a professional job. They are a quality cleaning company that will get the work done quick and absolutely the right way. I didn’t realize how dirty my rugs were until I saw the difference. They looked like a brand new rugs. I’m very impressed with their excellent and very concerned about getting the job right at a very fair price and wonderful customer service. That’s why I am their customers over 15 years and I strongly recommend them to anyone. Thank you for being great and reasonable.
Excellent service. Friendly and informative. While the cost to clean and fabric guard was costly, my silk rug looks nearly new again!
One evening during a walk through my neighbourhood, I had the good fortune of finding 2 carpets. I knew that the condition were 'good enough', but wanted to have them cleaned before bringing them into our home. I Googled and chose blindly the 'Persian Rug Specialists' . I spoke to Joe and immediately felt comfortable, so much so we came that day to drop them off. What an impression and confidence this visit gave me. Joe is congenial, sincere and clearly knowledgeable. He amazed us, he explained to use what we had and what we needed and why and how it would be done. In the weeks that followed I was again very lucky several more times. Again Joe, explained what we had and from where and what would be required. The man who did the mending did impeccably! - the carpet had no trace of being injured-just like 'new' - WoW!!! Always affordable. Always magnificent. Always a pleasure. I encourage anyone, antique, modern, Persian, Indian, Oriental carpeting in any shape, bring it to Joe and the people who work with him to restore and rejuvenate your known and unknown treasure(s). You will NOT have any regrets only absolute satisfaction and renewed pride and pleasure in your carpet.
