Listen, buying a car can be super stressful and as a young woman, walking into a car dealership alone was for sure intimidating. But I had a budget, and I knew what I wanted and in what ball park I was swinging. I had been to a few dealerships before walking into Precision. What I loved about Precision is that they did not pressure me, they showed me new and used options in my budget and allowed me the space and time to think about the choices. And they had a lot of options on their lot for my budget. Fair negotiating and non aggressive communications. Ali was my salesman and he related to me generationally and we had honest and open discussion about my lifestyle and what I needed out of a car. I appreciated this a lot, because when you get pressured into buying a car by someone your dads age, it's way less fun! At any rate, this is the third Hyundai Vehicle in our family and the value proposition on my Tucson is excellent. I love my car! Thanks to the whole team in finance and beyond for making this an easy and seamless decision for me to make.

I visited Precision Hyundai on a Saturday and despite not having an appointment, Karim got me in for a test drive within 15 minutes. In addition to fantastic service from Karim, Matt Bowie also helped me briefly when I came back for questions. Sales people were amazing to deal with, I did not feel pressured and Hyundai was very transparent with pricing. I got pricing within minutes, unlike a neighbouring dealership who took almost an hour and provided me with very vague figures. I 100% recommend this location! This is my second Hyundai and I guarantee I will be returning for my next vehicle!
