Went in for some testing and I had a great experience with the staff and doctor. The only thing about the location is that it took a bit to find the office in the building due to the lack of signs.

I had an appointment at Peak Medical Specialty Center on Richard Way on Tuesday March 10. I was there for lung tests. This was my first visit to the clinic and my sister drove me. We were greet by the two ladies behind the desk as we came in. Forms had to be filled in which my sister did as I can no longer write. A very nice young women called Sarah came and took us in for me to have breathing tests. She was a very happy person which made us feel welcome and we could tell she enjoyed her job. She was very efficient and explained everything as we went. When the doctor called us to go in to see him he shook my hand and welcomed us. This made us relaxed. Doctor Altman had the x-rays that Sarah had taken and he showed them to us and explained everything and answered any questions we had. Altogether it was a good experience and they we all very friendly and helpful people. Loretta McMillan

Had a spirometry test done here recently and was pleasantly surprised at the service and care. I was greeted by Sophie who checked me in and kindly gave me a bunch of waiting options before my test. I chose to stay in the waiting room which was clean, bright, and well spaced with physical distancing rules. I was called in a few minutes after my appointment time and was kindly greeted by the technician (apologies if this isn’t the correct term). Val conducted my spirometry. Not only was she super kind and caring, but she took the time to explain the procedure to me and guided me throughout the entire process. Val is the type of person who reminds you of the type of people that should be working in healthcare. She went above and beyond making me feel comfortable and cared for. I have no idea why this place has low ratings, I was treated with nothing but respect and kindness.

Worst place ever the staff are ignorant and self absorbed. They need new staff as of last year. They dont care about children or their well being. Find another place before you have a list of problems. All good the reviews are probably fake.***DO NOT ATTEMPT TO GO HERE ***

Absolutely terrible staff at this location. They don’t even acknowledge your presence when standing at the desk waiting. Incredibly condescending and rude. Dr. Altman is clearly out of his depth and comes across as amateurish with low confidence. Zero trust in him as a Doctor. Do not go to this clinic if you wish to be treated like a human. Go to the Shawnessey Co-op location where they have staff that are empathetic and actually care about their patients.
