I'm going to be honest This place right here very very great place to go for hair products and great experience... I'm from the United States I didn't know where certain things were and nor did they sell them.... I'm not saying that she or he does this for everyone but from a customer service experience standpoint she went over and beyond...the lady that was actually servicing the place she went across the street purchase me some hand alcohol....I paid her and I left.... that absolutely isn't the norm but still it says a lot....Thank you again I definitely will be visiting this place if I come to Calgary again.

The only place for my 2b/c hair to thrive. Everytime I go in here, I'm greeted with friendly staff who are always willing to help, make recommendations & have make small chat with you. Best selection of products for alllll hair types. Con: Products are slightly overpriced, but it's worth it to dish out a few extra bucks to support a Local Black Business - Accessories such as spray bottles, combs & brushes are poor quality. I wouldn't recommend you purchase them from here. I've had a few break on me with a 1-2 times of using.
