Just had a Honeywell Humidifier installed by Chris & his team. They did a fantastic job, were very professional & easy to deal with. Chris offered me an amazing deal which saved me a lot of money when compared to what I was quoted by the competition. We just had Chris and Crew replace our Furnace and Hot Water tank, install AC, Humidifier, Air Sanitation, and extend our gas line for our eventual fireplace and outdoor BBQ, and I really can't say enough good things about them. Everyone was extremely friendly, they got the job done fast and it looks even better than we could have possibly imagined. They were so easy to work with, the price was more than right and they all made the whole process a dream. We're life long customers from now on, these guys can't be beat!

I would highly recommend Chris and his team. I had a new Furnance, AC unit, Hot water tank and gas line work. They were extremely professional and always answered any questions I had and explained in a way an average person would understand. I have had some questions even after the work was done and was always treated like I was a new customer. I will use this company for any other work and maintenance I have in the future. Wendy

Had McAra out today to install a gas-fired garage heater. They did a top notch installation, very clearly taking pride in their work and doing everything the right way - not the cheap and dirty way. And yet... price was still significantly less than the other quotes I had for the same work. Very happy with the pre-sale service and with the quality of the work here on site and I would definitely recommend them.

I had a water heater installed last month. Chris offered me a very competitive price and was very easy to deal with. Fortunately, I did not need to wait long to have the job completed, and thus far, I have not had any issues (although I am confident that if any issues did arise, Chris would be reasonable to ensure my satisfaction.) I would hire them again.

Over two months since they installed a new furnace in my house. Still haven't received the documentation and Warranty Certificate. The owner Chris McAra reacted as being offended that I requested the documents. Professionalism and quality service include documents submittal. To add insult to the injury they gave my cell phone number to telemarketers for duct cleaning services.

I agree 100% with all of the other reviews. Don't bother shopping around for anyone else. We had Chris and his team install a garage heater for us as, due to the pandemic, we needed to convert our garage into a warm place to workout and for my youngest son to continue his soccer training during the lockdown. We had one other company come out to give us a quote - they only spent 10 minutes at our house just to tell us that since the gas needed to be trenched in to install the heating unit that they couldn't do it and to perhaps call them in the Spring if we were still interested. Chris, on the other hand, came in with a positive attitude and a concrete plan on how they could make it work for us. Chris and his team were always friendly, professional and on time. They called beforehand to let us know they were on their way and kept us appraised of the process every step of the way. They provided us with a quote that was very competitive and reasonable and the final bill was exactly what he quoted. I cannot say enough good things about Chris and his team. McAra Energy will definitely be the first place we call if we need anything else.
