From the start of my introduction to Brian, to finalizing my payment for my new Electrolux washer & dryer, I was impressed with his professionalism, knowledge and great customer service. I felt very comfortable with the buying process, and most importantly, I knew I could trust him. When my appliances were delivered, the two gentleman (sorry I forgot their names) were not only extremely friendly, they were actually early, plus very professional. They were careful, didn't rush, knew what they were doing and I felt very confident in their abilities to install the washer and dryer. To say the least, I will never buy appliances from anyone but Major Appliances! I most definitely highly recommend them for your go to place for appliances! Now having used my washer and dryer, I am blown away by how well they work, how quiet they are and beyond efficient. I love them!

Major appliances is the best place in the city to get your appliances. Kevin was super helpful when I needed to choose appliances for my entire custom kitchen. They carry all of the major appliance brands. Not a fancy showroom, but you get much better prices than the big showroom stores.
Well. After desperately trying to find a fridge to replace our suddenly non functional one I spend hours calling around and trying to find one in stock. No one had any in what I needed thanks to the covid-1984. I spoke with Dawn who spent a fair bit of time working on calling suppliers to try to get me one asap. They gave me an awesome price way below msrp thanks to a huge sale and We ordered it, I would have waited two weeks to get it. Which is actually the best anyone could do for me. The next day I found a used one and purchased it. Even though it was a special order she was able to cancel it. She was awesome to deal with. Genuine and truly helpful. The next appliance I buy will be from these guys and hopefully I will have the please of dealing with her again.
We were in the need of new appliances, and fell upon Major Appliances. Great service and the best prices for \scratch and dent\ appliances - we can't even find the scratch or dent! Customer service was fantastic!!
Major appliances is hassle free. The sales person was very knowledgeable and the showroom was full of possibilities. Brian made sure that I bought the right appliances for my kitchen. The delivery and installation was smooth. They showed up when they said and took away my old appliances. Thank you Major appliances!
