I hope this is the site for Access. We just had our first few trips with you yesterday. Thank you so incredibly much. For your everything. On time, professional, gentle gentlemen so gracious and kind to my momma and I. So completely efficient to ensure every safety was ensured. Made pleasant, sincere conversation. Really caring individuals. I felt proud for my momma to be treated so preciously, and accompanied by such gentlemen.

First trip today. It was multi trip. Small hiccup at first. But then dispatch fixed and 3 great drivers. Thanks to everyone.

Calgary HandiBus Association became Calgary Transit Access in August of 2015. Calgary HandiBus Foundation carried on with fund raising but will be folding at the end of 2018. Disabled transit services continues on with Calgary Transit Access serving over 15,000 regular customers using four different service providers.

When I cancelled a previously booked pick up for a client, I was told, that there will only be a courtesy call, without waiting for response , before the pick up would occur. This seems to be not a service , but a disservice for your clients who use the system .Specially on hot days like today , it would be appreciated and appropriate that clients are being told when approximately this handy service arrives , before they start standing in the hot sun , 31oC today, and risking health issues. Please look into this system and improve it . There is always room for improvement!

This was a great place to work but unfortunately Calgary has evolved and Calgary Handibus no longer exist. The service is now run by the city through Access Calgary.
