Good space and great prices for what it is. Jordan is super helpful in making adjustments to leasing and getting you and what your business needs to succeed. Stef at the front desks is awesome. Many clients have said how lovely she is to interact with. It's a great location, and even though there is no guest parking, it's surrounded with lots of street parking parking visitors. Although a bit older of a building, they make it up with their ability to accommodate you. All above considered, it's a great place to run a business out of.

Office space is great and has a lot of wonderful options to get some work done. The amount of meeting rooms in the building make it super convenient to have multiple meetings/guests at once. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. You can expect some great customer service from this space. I hardly ever say \great customer service\ about any location in Canada aside from my own business, but this one is truly one of the exceptional cases out there. Stephanie got me hot chocolate because I was cranky without it. Thanks Stef.

Accelerant Methods moved into the Calgary Business Centre just over a year ago, and we are extremely satisfied. The building itself has great access to both the downtown core as well as main Calgary connecting roads...Jordan and his team always do what they can to cater to our (and the other tenants) needs and they go the extra mile to keep up good relations...check it out!

I've been renting office space at the Calgary Business Centre for the last 4 months and it's been great! Location is amazing, Jordan and the rest of the team have been outstanding, and you won't find a better price in the city. I went with a private office, but they also have shared offices and coworking space available depending on your budget. Highly recommend!
