have had nothing but bad experiences dealing with this company. I've lived in my building for over 5 years and nothing has ever been done in a timely or professional matter. They've taken almost a week to fix my door that wont open. It is a safety matter and being ignored by the company day after day is completely unprofessional. I feel bad for anyone moving into a building that is managed by them.

If I could give them negative stars I would. I lived in one of their buildings for 2 years. While I was out with a friend one night, there was a fire in the suite below mine. They NEVER CALLED TO TELL ME. I have pets, which were home at the time of the fire. I was told by random people on the street about the fire after I returned home and my neighbours informed me that they had let me pets roam freely throughout the building. I highly recommend avoiding this company!
